Installed Residential Batteries

We warrant to the original consumer purchaser that our Residential Battery System Products will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use for a time period of ten years, subject to exclusions. This warranty can be transferred to the next owner, provided that the battery system remains installed at the original location.

Third Party Products

We carry a variety of third-party products from our supplier partners. These products are covered under the warranty of the original supplier and not by us. We will however assist customers with troubleshooting and warranty applications for third-party products purchased from us.
